A Little Villa Transforms

This little character villa is undergoing an exciting transformation with modern lease on life.

From cute and small to open-plan, contemporary and full of light. The extension has been designed to incorporate north light windows for crossflow ventilation and passive cooling and also year-round, natural, ambient lighting.

Designed for a smaller site, allowing rooms to transform and accomodate multiple uses was critical. Large sliding stacker doors allow a room to be both intimate and cosy while also allowing for an effortless change to an indoor/outdoor entertaining alfresco space.

This site is rocketing along with underfloor waterproofing down and floorboards being installed.
