It was a great relief to find Claridge Construction. We are through designing, planning and council, and Claridge are about to begin building us a quality house with extra features to make the house more sustainable. We have just passed the PSA Pre-Construction Process phase with Claridge and could not be happier with their work so far! The team is highly knowledgeable technically and they have high understanding of the local government processes to get approvals for our build. They know exactly what information they need and who they need it from, and have always kept us in the loop with very frequent updates on how our project is going.Extra special shoutout to Holly, who's attention to detail is outstanding. Our experience with Claridge Construction so far has been exceptional. The team has been very attentive to our needs and ideas, they provided thoughtful ideas for us to consider, showing their professionalism and expertise.Our block of land is very sloping and the team was able to come up with a design that honours the slope with minimal impact on the land. We met with the team several times and were given a design & concept that allowed us to understand the best/dream case scenario, and adjust to suit our budget.We really appreciated their thorough approach in this inital phase which allowed for full transparency very early on in the process giving us confidence to progress to construction knowing it will be buildable within our budget.Every step of the way has been paired with optimal communication! We are deep in pre-construction phase now, and the team continues to keep us updated regularly with what is going on behind the scenes -- we are looking forward to construction commencing in the coming months!

We approached Claridge with a design from another architect and a challenging block of land that many builders weren’t willing to consider. From the start, we knew it would be a tough project, considering the constraints of budget, selections, and our specific preferences.The team at Claridge worked closely with us, pragmatically refining and finalising the design to create a home that is both beautiful and practical while staying within our budget.Once construction began, our site manager, Kurtis, exceeded all expectations. Claridge Construction took over our build after the original builders were unfortunately not able to complete it due to the very steep slope of our land. From the first meeting to handover their professionalism, fast response, kindness and patience was exemplary. The whole Claridge team works together beautifully to make this journey of building your dream home to be exciting and positive and there is nothing too big or small that you can’t share or ask of them. Their response is always friendly and plans will be made to help. Their word can be trusted and their foundation follows our beliefs which made the relationship and trust so much easier and stronger. They always went out of their way to help us and the best part of all was that they delivered a 5 star dream home that we are so proud of. Their timings, even in this crazy time of material and labour shortages were fantastic, with plans being made all the time and committed trades who worked at their high quality level meant that we were delivered our home in good time. We can without a doubt recommend Claridge Construction to build your home. At the end you will feel and see the blessings and favour that this company has on them and that will be poured out on you and your home.

Carolyn and I have been involved in building and have dealt with hundreds of builders for over 40 years and Claridge is one of the best. We used our own designer, Gerry Russo but Claridge went above and beyond to fine tune and bring the home into reality and build our home.Peter and his team are people of integrity, transparency, what they promise, they deliver. Their focus is on the client, which is a rare quality to have from builders, but with Claridge that is what you get.We love our house and we would like thank everyone at Claridge that helped build our dream home.Claridge really do build beautifully crafted homes.We would highly recommend building with the team at Claridge Construction.

The Claridge team recently delivered my completed project. They were fantastic communicators, providing effective and efficient solutions to the complex design and build outcomes I desired. I appreciated, their attention to my project, I didn’t ever feel like my build wasn’t a priority to them. The trades that they used were really focused on high quality detail and the Site Manager responded positively to any request I made. My finished home is just beautiful! My family is extremely happy. After being unable to save an old building, we decided to get a custom replacement built incorporating some original features. We were introduced to Peter by a 3rd party and we were impressed from the outset.He treated us like we were guests in his home when we visited him and all of his staff came and introduced themselves to us and spoke about how we would interact with them during the build. We did not know much about building and he did not try to take advantage of this which was very reassuring.Peter has a wealth of knowledge and was able to identify issues with the foundations of our house that our previous builder had failed to point out. He also picked up on other issues that other quoting builders failed to identify (which would have been an issue during the build).In all of our dealings he got back to us when he promised, gave us the feeling that he was an open and honest operator and his pricing was comparative to the other quotes we received from other custom builders.If you want a professional, authentic approach and a home that is well designed and built we would highly recommend Claridge Construction.
