Upon receiving Full DA and completed Interior Design Schedules, we can collate and present your completed project documentation and a fixed-price contract. Claridge Construction uses the current Housing Industry Association Plain Language Building Contract to ensure you are fully aware of all conditions affecting your interests.
Before building begins, you’ll meet your site manager and construction team at an induction meeting. This is where you’ll learn how we’ll communicate, keep track of progress and celebrate milestones together.
During the build, you’ll have access to our Buildertrend portal for real-time updates, daily logs and photos. With only 15–20 projects underway at any time, your home gets the focus and attention it deserves.
When construction is complete, we’ll walk through your new home together, ensuring every detail is as it should be. Then comes the best part, handing you the keys.
You’ll also receive ‘The Blueprint to Living Your Masterpiece’, a homeowner guide with maintenance tips, energy-saving advice and warranty details. Along with our 25-year structural guarantee and six-month maintenance period, you can feel confident knowing we’re here for you well beyond handover.
