Peter as the Managing Director, provides senior leadership and business development for Claridge Construction.
Hayden brings with him a quality trade background and 20 years of building experience. Hayden’s positive energy, open communication and in-depth residential and commercial building knowledge will ensure your new build runs smoothly. Hayden will be in contact with your regularly throughout your build as he oversees the entire project ensuring success through KPI’s such as; time, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
Building & Design Consultant
Building and design are a great passion to Jonathan, he prides himself on creating homes that are designed correctly for your site, will suite your lifestyle and work with your budget ensuring that the project will exceed your expectations. His ability to listen to a client’s brief and translate that to a creative design are of paramount importance to him.
With 14 years of experience in the building industry Jonathan will assist you with our concept / feasibility process through to selections and approvals.
Linda supports the team and clients by providing timely and competent business administration, finance management, weekly trade payments and company payroll.
With 20 years experience, Linda ensures the invoices and ‘paper-trail’ behind your build is effective, thorough and accurate to ensure you understand the finances and documentation for your project with Claridge Construction.
Development Manager/Marketing Manager
Angela supports the building team in a dual role.
Angela is results focused, procuring margin positive development opportunities for Claridge Construction. Angela delivers full analysis and feasibility reports ready for property purchase and engagement.
Angela also manages all facets of brand management, online marketing and handover photoshoots of your finished dream home. She will liaise with you throughout the build of your custom new home to document your building journey.
Mark Di Mauro
Mark delivers exceptional project outcomes utilising his 28 years of extensive building experience to ensure all our sites, trades and staff are focused on maintaining the highest standard of work safety and are committed to building in the most time efficient and cost effective possible.
Mark’s meticulous attention to detail and project management delivers seamless communication to the Site Manager, ensuring smooth continuous site progress and ultimately, your new home built to impressive standards, on time and on budget.
Sam is part of our ‘on-site’ team, he will ensure your new home is erected with knowledge, time efficiency and skill. Qualified and experienced Carpenter Sam, will be onsite and have your building frame up in no time. Sam works as a part of a team with our other dedicated Claridge Carpenter Tim. Together they deliver quality results every time.
Carla supports Claridge Construction with day to day reception duties and also ensures all incoming invoices are processed and seen to in a effective and timely manner.
Peter is part of our ‘on-site’ team, his role provides daily general site support. Peter is passionate about details and helps makes sure the progress on your new home build goes smoothly from start to finish and beyond. Peter helps ensure our finishing details are of the highest standard, delivering a dedicated 6 month maintenance service period on your completed home as per the direction of the Site Manager.
Leigh oversees the on-site building team, trade and suppliers. He draws on 25 years of ‘hands-on’ building experience to ensure that you receive both, consistent high level service during construction, and incredible building outcomes. Leigh is committed to fostering positive stakeholder relationships and providing proactive leadership that enables project success in both experience and building excellence.
Jim manages the day to day site progress of your new home from construction to handover. Jim has a direct relationship with all onsite staff and trades and is committed to constructing your new home in the most direct, time efficient and cost effective manner whilst maintaining high qualify outcomes.
With over 35 years of building experience, Jim has the passion and knowledge to ensure your home is built to deliver your dreams and exceed your expectations.
Nicholas is part of our ‘on-site’ team as one of our General Hands, his energy and eye for detail helps our sites progress smoothly through each building stage. His role provides daily general site support following the direction of the Site Manager. Nicholas is also studying a Bachelor Construction Management at UniSA.
