Purpose-built as a working builder’s premises, this custom space showcases a considered balance of natural materials, high-quality finishes, passive solar design, and everyday functionality. Despite an east-west site, the building is carefully oriented to maximise northern light, complemented by raked ceilings, a southern atrium, and seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining. Cross-flow ventilation and thermal mass elements support year-round comfort and efficiency. Designed as a place our team genuinely enjoys working in; inspections are available by appointment.
