For more than 30 years, Claridge Construction has been trusted to design and build homes across South Australia – each one shaped by the people who live in it.

Every project begins with listening. We take time to understand your lifestyle and vision, then craft a home that reflects both.

With a dedication to personalised service, only a limited number of homes are undertaken each year so your project receives the focus and care it deserves.

Peter Claridge founded Claridge Construction in 1991 with a vision to create homes of integrity that blend architectural beauty with practical design for South Australian living. What began as a small team has grown under his leadership into an award-winning boutique builder known for custom homes and landmark projects across Adelaide.

With more than three decades of experience, Peter has shaped Claridge’s reputation for quality and trusted relationships. As Managing Director, he provides strategic direction and mentorship to the team while ensuring the business stays true to its founding ethos.

His legacy is beautifully crafted homes built with care and a culture defined by Claridge’s values of client experience, high performance, accountability, relationships and team first (CHART).

Holly leads the pre-construction department, guiding clients through the early stages of their building journey.
With a background as a qualified site manager, she has overseen a vast multitude of projects, giving her strong onsite knowledge that now shapes planning and feasibility.

She manages a team of three across concept development, estimating, documentation and client selections.

Holly ensures communication between pre-construction and construction is seamless, as clients transition from concept to contract and construction with support, 
clarity and confidence.

Angela has been part of Claridge Construction since 2013, bringing over a decade of experience and insight to the leadership team. She plays a pivotal role in driving growth, shaping brand strategy and elevating the client experience.

Her expertise spans marketing, HR, IT systems, corporate compliance and property development, bringing a holistic perspective to both operational and strategic initiatives.

Angela’s leadership has been instrumental in fostering strong industry relationships and supporting the continued growth of Claridge’s

Ryan joined Claridge Construction with more than 20 years of experience in carpentry, building and site leadership. As Construction Manager, he oversees project delivery including trade engagement, scheduling, safety and quality control.

Drawing on his background in managing large, high-performing site teams, he fosters a culture of accountability and teamwork, ensuring Claridge projects exceed the high standards expected of a boutique custom builder.

Ryan’s hands-on approach and commitment to clients ensure each project a testament to care and craftsmanship.

Supporting the Claridge Construction team since 2014, Linda is a foundational part of the business’s management and facilitation.

She supports both the team and clients with reliable business administration, finance management and payroll, managing weekly trade payments and ensuring company accounts are handled with efficiency and accuracy.

Her thorough and consistent approach ensures invoices and documentation are clear, timely and precise, giving clients confidence in the financial side of their project. Linda’s work provides the structure and stability that underpin every build at Claridge Construction.

Yiannis delves into the documentation and selections of your completed custom home design to deliver a detailed estimation for your project so that we may provide you with a fixed-cost build price. Yiannis will ensure all aspects of your build are accurately estimated and works closely with our local trades and suppliers to secure the best cost price and supply timeframes to keep your build on time and on budget.

With over 15 years experience in planning and design technical roles in the building industry, Yiannis’ experience, attention to detail and commitment to fostering positive local industry relationships is invaluable to both your project and the Claridge Construction team.

Massimo plays a key role in your pre-construction journey, bringing extensive experience in council compliance to help your custom home progress smoothly from the outset. His strong understanding of approvals and regulatory requirements helps minimise delays and ensures each step is managed with precision and care.

As the champion of our Buildertrend project portal, Massimo keeps you informed through clear weekly updates and open communication. Working closely with you, our trades, and suppliers, and supported by his Bachelor of Construction Management, he delivers a streamlined, organised, and reassuring pre-construction experience that sets a strong foundation for your build.

Allison plays a crucial role in supporting our Building Department, ensuring everything runs smoothly once your home moves into construction. She manages WH&S compliance, trade and supplier administration—helping to keep our sites safe and compliant.

In addition to coordinating post-handover maintenance for seamless customer service, Allison also assists with financial administration and purchase order approvals, supporting the building team behind the scenes. With her efficiency and attention to detail, she helps keep every stage of your home-building journey on track.

Reuben delivers direct daily Site Management on every Claridge Construction project. He is your direct point of contact for the construction stage of your home-building journey. After working in the building industry for almost 20 years with and alongside multiple high-quality builders, his experience and commitment to service make him well-suited for Site Management.

Reuben will ensure all onsite building teams and trades are providing attentive, high-quality service, excellent building outcomes and maintaining the project schedule; he will make sure you are kept well informed of the developments on-site and schedule regular meetings with you for your personal inspection

Kurtis delivers direct daily Site Management on every Claridge Construction project. Kurtis is your direct point of contact for the construction stage of your home building journey.

After working in the building industry for 14 years in both a residential and commercial setting following the completion of his apprenticeship as a first fix carpenter, Kurtis expanded his skillset and migrated into estimation and site management.

As a Site Manager at Claridge Construction, Kurtis will ensure all onsite building teams and trades are providing attentive, high-quality service, excellent building outcomes and maintaining the project schedule. Kurtis will also make sure you are kept well informed of the developments onsite and schedule regular meetings with you for your personal inspection.
